2003 Jan - Send in for review by Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)

2003 Feb - Reply of review done by Mr. Charles Ahn of FDA

2004 Jun - Appointed Foster Wheeler to ("FW") undertake basic and detailed engineering.

2004 Jul - FW commences project.

2004 Nov - FW completes basis engineering.
