Achieving PAT's Desired Goal

Process Analytical Technology (PAT) is an initiative from US FDA. Two main aims of PAT are to improve efficiency and reduce quality risks in manufacturing. Such gains can, inter alias, be achieved through reduced production cycle time resulting from timely product evaluation* and continuous processing. With SPAH, you'll be prepared for the future. * SPAH incorporates in-process / QC labs as an integral part of its concept. These labs are placed in close proximity to production suites. As such, at-line and off-line evaluation of productions samples are greatly facilitated. SPAH's innovative technical corridor also facilitates production equipment upgrades to incorporate on-line and in-line analysis. More importantly, the hub in the SPAH facilitates the realization, implementation, operation and maintenance of PAT.
